A real estate agent and three attendees looked at the house for half an hour on Saturday.
On Tuesday, three of the houses residents tested positive.
The four house guests have been sent into isolation and are awaiting results.
After the new Tuesday cases, New Zealands tally of community transmission cases rose to 11.
