Owner Bob Peters hoped to gain a wildcard to run Regal Power in next month’s All-Star Mile but the gelding will head home to Perth after one autumn run.
Regal Power’s abrupt end to his autumn leaves star mare Arcadia Queen as Peters’ sole runner in the All-Star Mile. He quinellaed the race last year with Regal Power and Superstorm.
