BRISBANE’S $10 million-plus sale club is climbing as the city’s red-hot luxury housing market continues to lure in deep-pocketed buyers.
The latest double-digit sale is that of a trophy home at 21 Yabba Street in the prestigious suburb of Ascot, which has just changed hands for a tidy $11.5 million to a Melbourne purchaser.
