Double-ups considered as COVID border restrictions wreaks havoc on AFLW fixture
AFLW teams could be forced to double-up against sides for the remainder of season 2021 due to COVID-19 border restrictions.
The league is currently assessing how best to go about finishing the season after border closures hindered original plans for the season.
Its understood clubs have been informed that playing against an opponent for the second time this season could eventuate due to strict government laws.
