Queensland researchers will soon begin an immunisation program for koalas, in the hope of bringing struggling populations back from the brink of extinction.
The first jabs will be administered at the Australia
Zoo Wildlife Hospital.“We’re hoping across a whole year we’ll vaccinate the majority of koalas coming through.” – Professor, Peter Timms.
