Victoria records zero new coronavirus cases, as first batch of COVID vaccines arrive in Melbourne

Victoria has recorded no new coronavirus cases for the second day in a row, with the first batch of coronavirus vaccines arriving in the state.
Health authorities received 10,339 test results in the 24 hours to midnight.
Out of those tests, zero cases were detected in the community or in returned travellers in hotel quarantine.
The number of active infections in Victoria remains at 25.
Health Minister Martin Foley on Saturday said recording zero cases indicated the Holiday Inn Melbourne Airport outbreak was “increasingly under control”.
But he warned the outbreak was “far from being over” and urged people to remain vigilant.
