Meanwhile, Jake Averillo has been cleared by the NRL and named on the Bulldogs’ bench for Sunday’s match after a COVID-19 scare.
Averillo was forced into isolation and tested for the virus after his parents, whom he lives with, visited the Crossroads Hotel in Casula on July 5. The hotel has since experienced an outbreak. Averillo and his parents tested negative for COVID-19.

Parramatta Eels forward Stefano Utoikamanu will also return to training after embracing family and friends following his NRL debut. Those involved have returned negative COVID-19 tests.
Penrith young gun Charlie Staines remains stood down from club duties after breaching the NRL’s biosecurity protocols over the weekend.
Staines hosted 10 people at his place of residence after the game and will be forced to undergo COVID-19 testing. NRL biosecurity rules say players can host up to 10 people, but visitors must attend in groups of no more than five.
The 19-year-old also attended Nepean Hospital for lockjaw without informing the club until the following day.
In other team news, Cameron Munster is back for Melbourne after overcoming a knee injury. The Maroons star returns to the halves in place of Ryley Jacks.
The troops are also returning for the Roosters, with captain Boyd Cordner back after taking a week off due to a head knock. Josh Morris returns to the wing after overcoming a groin injury in place of Ryan Hall, meaning five-try hero Matt Ikuvalu retains his spot.
At Canterbury, interim coach Steve Georgallis has made his first important call, recalling Lachlan Lewis in the halves in place of Brandon Wakeham.
