Downing Streets latest figures, for the seven days up to 12 February the latest date for which accurate data is available show the rate of new cases compared to the previous week.
For England as a whole, the rate was 142.2 the lowest since 134.5 on 5 October.
The 24 areas which have seen a fall of more than half, and how much cases fell by:
Rutland -73.9%
Dundee City -69.7%
