Matthew Wade turned down the offer to chat with selectors after his Test dumping, saying he needed no further explanation — and that he could only blame himself…
The 33-year-olds axing technically didnt become final due to Australias tour of South Africa being postponed, although he wasnt selected in the squad and is instead preparing for five T20s in New Zealand.
Speaking from Christchurch ahead of Mondays first match, Wade reflected on his Test series against India, in which he passed 30 in four innings, but never made more than 45.
