Fourth teenager charged over Townsville car crash that killed Jennifer Board
Police have charged a fourth teenager in connection to a car crash in north Queensland that resulted in the death of Townsville woman Jennifer Board.
The 17-year-old male was arrested in Mackay on Thursday and charged with five counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and three theft offences.
Police in Mackay were investigating other matters when they found and arrested the teenager.
The teenager faced Mackay Children’s Court on Friday afternoon and did not apply for bail.
He will remain in custody for his case to be heard at a later date.
