A Queensland food scientist has come up with a ‘berry’ good alternative to traditional chocolate.

USQ graduate Sarah Pozzebon combines blueberries and macadamias in the sweets to make a guilt-free snack.

“I wanted to keep my chocolate really natural so that’s why I chose organic blueberries. The same with my macadamias and chocolates – all organic and natural.” – Food Scientist, Sarah Pozzebon.
