Australias house prices will surge 16 per cent within two years as the country approaches a housing boom, a Commonwealth Bank economist has said.
House prices will rise 9 per cent in 2021 and 7 per cent in 2022, Commonwealth Banks head of Australian economics Gareth Aird said in a note to clients this week.
