Queensland anaesthetist gets suspended sentence for having 14,000 child abuse images

A Queensland anaesthetist was “at the height of his profession” when he was caught with almost 14,000 images and videos of child abuse material.

Keith Benjamin Greenland, 62, has narrowly avoided going to jail after pleading guilty to possessing child exploitation material including digital images and videos in the District Court on Tuesday.

He also pleaded guilty to using a carriage service to access and distribute child abuse material in January last year.
