The Premier has revealed Gold Coast residents will be the first in Queensland to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
Annastacia Palaszczuk made the announcement on Monday, as Australia prepares to receive the first 80,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine in the coming days.
Special hubs will be set up on the Gold Coast as well as Brisbane, Cairns, Townsville and the Sunshine Coast.
