Today show host Allison Langdon has taken to Instagram to share her first photo since undergoing surgery for an injury she suffered during a water-based segment on the morning program last week.
The journalist, who sustained “drastic injuries” to her knee while hydrofoiling with co-host Karl Stefanovic in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, posted a sweet snap with her two children.
