Bob Katter is calling on the State Government to do more to protect Queenslanders after human remains believed to be those of a missing fisherman were found inside a crocodile.

In light of the recent attack, Katter’s Australian Party wants to see the reptiles removed from populated locations.

There have been five reported crocodile attacks, including one death in the past year.

“We aren’t talking about a crocodile issue – we are talking about the value of human life,”
