A woman’s ‘life hack’ for creamier and more flavoursome mashed potato has gone viral, with hundreds of TikTokers praising the simple tip.
Texas-based comedian Jourdyn Parks has left many folks’ minds blown after admitting she boils her potatoes in chicken or beef broth for more flavour.
In a TikTok explaining the simple hack, Parks says she begins by washing the potatoes and rubbing them down with avocado oil, before halving and placing in a pot.
