???? Our fish of the week is a samsonfish! ???? Often mistaken for other Seriola species, samsonfish have dark blotches on their back and sides. The upper profile of the head is convex and lower profile straight. These guys have a minimum size limit of 50 cm and a combined limit of 2 for amberjack and samsonfish.
