The gloves are off in the current price war for the popular Sydney-Melbourne route, with Jetstar edging out the competition by dropping $29 sale flights.
The cheap starting-price fare is part of the low-cost airline’s Friday Fare Frenzy promotion kicking off at 12pm today, and follows a bumper week of airline sales.
On the back of Rex Airlines’ Sydney-Melbourne route launch and $49 sale flights earlier this week, Jetstar have hit back with one of their biggest Friday Fare Frenzy promotions to date.
