American star hits out at stoppage to usher out crowds at key time against Novak Djokovic – Wide World of Sports
Raises suspicions over Djokovic miracle

US star Taylor Fritz said his match against Novak Djokovic shouldn’t have been played on a night when the crowd was forced to leave the stadium at 11.30pm.
Fritz and Djokovic were in the heat of battle in the fourth set of their third round match last night when a 10-minute stoppage was called so the crowd could be ushered out of the arena to meet the Victorian government’s COVID protocols in time for a snap five-day lockdown.
