Teenager sentenced to 8 years in detention for murder of 18-year-old woman in Newman
A 17-year-old boy has been sentenced to a minimum of three years in detention for murdering a woman in Newman, in Western Australia’s Pilbara region, last year.

The 18-year-old woman died in the early hours of May 6, after being bashed on the head with a rock several times.
