Alva Beach: Family want in-person answers from witness
Neil Davy’s son Tom Davy, 27, and Corey Christensen, 37, died of fatal stab wounds inflicted by Alva Beach man Dean Webber. Lawyers for both families sought a Supreme Court judicial review of Deputy State Coroner Jane Bentley’s decision that Mr Webber did not have to give oral evidence at the inquest into the deaths.Ms Bentley decided that Mr Webber, whom the court heard suffered PTSD after the incident, only had to answer questions and be cross-examined in writing.
