Credit Suisse snares senior Citi PE and industrials banker – The Australian Financial Review
Credit Suisse has made a high profile hire to spearhead its financial sponsor coverage in the Asia Pacific.
Dragi also brings extensive relationships across General Industrials sectors as well as public and private M&A expertise, Credit Suisse said in an internal announcement on Friday morning.
Dragi has led several major M&A transactions during his time at Citi, including Spotless response to Downers A$2bn takeover, Scottish Pacific on its A$700mn takeover by Affinity Private Equity and EuroGarages on its A$1.2bn acquisition of Woolworths Petrol.
