Hawthorn has a new football boss.

Hawthorn has appointed Rob McCartney as the clubs new Head of Football.
McCartney replaces long-serving official Graham Wright who took up the vacant GM of Football position at Collingwood.
McCartney, who has been deputising for Wright since his departure, will commence his new role immediately.
