Slump in office values hits major landlord’s profit – Sydney Morning Herald
The pandemic’s impact on property valuations and the flight of city workers are eating into Australia’s largest office landlord’s earnings.
Dexus chief executive Darren Steinberg said the rise in the industrial sector and a focus to get workers back to the office will underpin results for the full year.
