Teen who allegedly stole car from amputee gets hit by truck on the Gold Coast
A teenager who allegedly stole a car containing prosthetic limbs belonging to the owner has been hit by a truck while running from the victims.
The 16-year-old boy was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital with head and arm injuries after the incident at Broadbeach Waters on Wednesday.
Gold Coast man Robert Drew told 7NEWS his car was allegedly stolen overnight.
