Second teen charged over break-in at dead motorcyclist’s unit
A 15-year-old Kirwan boy was previously charged with burglary and committing an indictable offence and three counts of stealing. He was denied police bail and was set to appear in Townsville Children’s Court.

On Tuesday, police arrested a second teenager on Fulham Road in the suburb of Heatley and later charged him.
The 15-year-old Heatley boy has been charged with two counts of stealing and one count each of burglary and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was denied police bail and was due to appear in Townsville Children’s Court.
