Mr Johnston was relatively upbeat about the economys prospects, but with the JobKeeper wage subsidy set to end in March, he said the entire financial services sector would be closely watching how the economy coped with this withdrawal of support over the coming months.
From an outlook perspective, thats probably the most material consideration in the short-term, he said.
