Naomi Osaka has put her foot down ahead of her appearance on day one of the Australian Open.

Former Australian Open champion Naomi Osaka has condemned the racist treatment of the Asian community during the COVID pandemic.
The world No.3 was speaking out after withdrawing from her Gippsland Trophy semi-final on Saturday with a niggling shoulder injury saying the racism she had seen was disgusting.
The amount of hate, racism, and blame for COVID towards the Asian community is disgusting, Osaka tweeted.
