Twitter is looking into adding subscription options to become less dependent on targeted ads, Bloomberg reported Monday. Several teams are apparently in the early stages of researching different approaches.
Possibilities include a “tipping system” in which you’d pay people you follow for exclusive content, a charge to use dashboard app Tweetdeck or extra features like “undo send” and profile customization for users.
