An urgent warning has been made to visitors of 11 venues across greater Sydney after NSW recorded its first case of COVID-19 in three weeks.
Health officials said the person was not showing any symptoms and had low levels of infection, but had been tested on day 16 as part of a beefed up follow-up protocol for people returning from overseas.
The person recorded two negative tests during their 14 days in hotel quarantine.
