Queensland bus driver injured after chemical, suspected to be acid, thrown on face
A bus driver has been hospitalised with facial injuries following a suspected acid attack south of Brisbane.
The man was treated after he was “exposed to a chemical irritant around his face after an alleged assault”, Queensland Ambulance Service told 7NEWS.com.au.
He has received burns to his eyes and face.
He was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane in a stable condition.
The incident occurred at Drews Rd at Loganholme about 9.20am on Monday.
It is understood no passengers…
