James Shipton: The ASIC chairman has a big decision as he returns to work – The Australian Financial Review
James Shipton returned to a transformed ASIC on Monday. He must decide whether to embrace or ditch governance reforms implemented by his deputy and rival.
Mr Shipton sent an email to ASICs 2000 employees on Monday morning, acknowledging their focus on getting on with our important work and declaring that will be my focus too.
He phoned colleagues and was arranging catch-ups with staff.
