Schools in Perth are set to resume after last week’s lockdown, with masks to be mandatory for secondary students.
The precaution from Monday is part of transition arrangements for Perth and Peel after the five-day lockdown, sparked by a coronavirus case in a hotel quarantine security guard.
A range of restrictions will remain in place until February 14.
All residents must continue to wear masks while outside their homes except for during vigorous outdoor exercise.
