Daine Laurie joins Tigers early after Panthers agree to player swap – Sydney Morning Herald
After spending 2020 on loan to the Storm, Paul Momirovski will now become a Panther, allowing Laurie to join the Wests Tigers a year ahead of schedule.
He made his NRL debut with the Panthers last season and has only started in one of his three top-grade matches, but is expected to be a long-term fullback candidate at Concord.
But Mbye has trained strongly in the position during summer after spending time at various positions since joining the Tigers and could still land the jersey for a significant period to start the season.
