Third body recovered from Gold Coast surf within 34 hours

The latest death follows a double drowning at Kurrawa Beach in Broadbeach on Thursday night.
A massive search for UK-born gym manager Jake Jacobs, 32, was launched on Thursday after the body of his female friend washed up not long after they entered the water at Broadbeach.
TV weatherman Luke Bradnam helped pull Mr Jacobs’ body from rough surf on Friday night.
Surf Life Saving Queensland has warned people to stay out of the water and avoid walking near surf-exposed areas.
