Pair face court after women allegedly drugged, tattooed and forced into prostitution

A Brisbane man and woman have been charged after several women were allegedly drugged, tattooed as property, and held for unlawful prostitution.
Two house raids in Mount Gravatt East and South Brisbane on Tuesday, February 2, led to evidence to support the charges of sexual servitude and offences related to organised prostitution, including recordings of male clients and the victims engaging in sexual acts.
Matthew James Markcrow, 35, was charged with 10 offences, including conducting a business involving servitude, conducting a business of unlawful prostitution, possession of dangerous drugs and utensils, and possession of tainted property and recordings in breach of privacy.
