Brisbane man accused of running sex slave ring named as Matthew James Markcrow

A Brisbane man accused of drugging, tattooing and sexually enslaving young women in a case which has “shocked” police has appeared in court.
Matthew James Markcrow, 35, has been accused of keeping four women between the ages of 17 and 24 in “conditions of servitude of unlawful prostitution” in Mount Gravatt East, according to police.
The victims had allegedly been given stupefying drugs and tattooed as being “property” of Markrow, who has also been accused of covertly recording…
