Just over 24 hours after news broke that the St George Illawarra Dragons were in pursuit of controversial star Israel Folau, the club have now confirmed they have ended discussions.
The 31-year old had previously been told he would not be allowed back in the NRL, after he was sacked by Rugby Australia over social media posts.
