Mitchell hasnt played since suffering a bad hamstring injury early last season, and he has been named at fullback in Laurie Daleys team.
In a shock selection, fans voted Gold Coast rookie Jamal Fogarty to play halfback for the Indigenous All Stars.
It means hes ousted Dally M Medal winner Jack Wighton from the halves, and Wighton will instead line up at centre.
