Interim Cricket Australia boss Nick Hockley has revealed South Africa rejected a lifeline offered to rescue the Test series.
CA yesterday opted to postpone the upcoming tour of South Africa, with Hockley revealing health experts had warned players could be exposed to “unacceptable” health and safety risks due to the country’s COVID-19 crisis.
