Perth bushfire putting east Bullsbrook and Shady Hills Estate residents in immediate danger

Authorities in Western Australia say people in Shady Hills Estate and east Bullsbrook in Perth’s north-east are in immediate danger, as a bushfire continues to threaten lives and homes.
It is now too late to leave and people must shelter in place or actively defend their homes if they are well prepared.
The fire is moving at 150 metres per hour in a north-westerly direction, and its perimeter has grown to 126 kilometres.
South-easterly winds are gusting up to 70 kilometres per hour and authorities aren’t expecting the winds to change until around 3:00pm.
More than 10,000 hectares of land have been burnt, hundreds of people have been evacuated, and at least 71 homes have been lost.
There is no reported loss of life.
