Sofia Vergara’s ex Nick Loeb has lost a legal battle over the custody rights to her frozen embryos.
On January 27, the Louisiana court ruled in Vergara’s favour and denied Loeb’s appeal, in documents obtained by People.
The court also reversed an order that sealed discovery in the case, and documents related to the case are now available to the public.
