‘Concerning’ discovery as 19 suburbs on alert in Mackay North and Cairns Marlin Coast after more COVID fragments found in Queensland sewage catchments

Queensland health officials are concerned that they keep finding COVID-19 in the state’s northern sewage system.
They detected fragments of the virus in the Mackay North and Cairns Marlin Coast sewage catchments, which service 19 suburbs between them.
