New owner plans to restore Brisbane’s third-oldest residence

Shafston House was bought by local businessman Kevin Pan for an undisclosed sum.
Mr Pan currently has residential projects in North Lakes and Rochedale. He was contacted for comment regarding his purchase but declined an interview.

He did however release a statement outlining his intentions for Shafston House.
“Mr Pan was attracted to the site and impressed by its heritage value and uniqueness,” it read.
