A Wipeout contestant died of a heart attack during taping of the TV show last year, the LA County coroners office has found.
According to NBC, Michael Paredes lost consciousness during the challenge, was taken to hospital and died a day later.

A toxicology report found there were no drugs or alcohol in his system.
Its reported Michael regularly took the pre-workout supplement Nutrex Outlift Amped and had taken it on the morning…
