Detectives charge 28-year-old man with murder over death of man in Brisbane suburb of Bracken Ridge
A 28-year-old man has been charged with murder after the discovery of a man’s body in the northern Brisbane suburb of Bracken Ridge on Sunday afternoon.
Police who were called to a house in Wobur Street found a 39-year-old Bracken Ridge man at about 12:30pm.
Detectives from Carseldine arrested a Bracken Ridge man this morning and have since charged him with one count of murder.
He is expected to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Police will allege the two men were known to each other.
Detectives are urging anyone who saw anything suspicious in the vicinity of Wobur Street on Sunday to contact police.
