House where mother found son’s body now declared crime scene

“It was so horrible to find him like that … I just don’t understand it. The police are throwing huge manpower into the investigation but there is nothing to go on,” she commented on the post.
“It is horrible and I can’t understand it. An accidental death would be terrible but I could come to terms with that. As it is I just keep going round and round in my head.
“Stephen was harmless and only wanted to help people.”
It is believed Mr Mowchanuk lived at the home with his mother. He owned a mowing business – Stephen’s Mowing – which was registered to the family home in Bracken Ridge.
