The news comes just after Page announced his divorce
Ruby Rose is replacing Elliot Page in the upcoming gamer comedy 1Up, which is currently in production in Toronto, Canada.
The news comes after Page, 33, filed for divorce from his wife Emma Portner, 26, and almost two months after he came out as transgender.
