The pair quietly split in April 2020, but confirmed their separation on Friday, People reports.
We remain close friends and our three children will always be the most important focus of our lives, the pair said in a statement.
The couple, who were married for 29 years, share three children – Stella, 27, Claude, 22 and Harry 19.
